Mark has run his own scene study class, worked for networks, (NBC, Lifetime, TNT and Disney Channel) as an on set coach and has been hired privately by agents and actors to coach actors of all ages for auditions.  He has taught his audition seminar to both high school and college students.

Mark has two grown sons and has been married for over 40 years.  Blessed with parents who supported him , emotionally and otherwise, in his early years in show biz he learned how important that can be.  Mark's wife has been a casting director for over 40 years.  Between the two of them they share an

interesting perspective from both sides of the casting desk.

Mark, a native of Houston, Texas has been making his living in Los Angeles for over the past forty years performing on stage, in film and television, doing commercials on radio and TV and recording various animated series. Recurring parts in television series include How To Get Away With Murder, Boston Legal, Melrose Place and Saving Grace.  Animated series include Superman, Super Friends and Problem Child.  Commericals for HBO and Visa are two of his favorites.  He is also a member of the award winning theatre company, Rogue Machine, in Los Angeles and has apeared in Pocatello, Permanent Image and Super Variety Match Bonus Round.

Directing original plays and working closely with the playwrights has been a passion and joy for Mark the past ten years. He has worked with many talented writers and actors.  He has also directed television projects for the Disney Channel and Lifetime. He had a ball  directing the first season of the web series Flip and Glib, official selection of the 2015 LA New Media Film Festival and nominee for Outstanding Comedic Web Series by the LA Web Fest 2015.
